Are your stores open?

 

 

Our London stores are closed during the lockdown but reopen on December, 3rd.
 
In the meantime, our online store remains open as normal and we are currently still able to assemble your Jimmys in our workshop in France.

 

 

My order is delivered to the store, can I pick it up?

 

 

If you haven't collected them yet, keep an eye on your inbox. 👀

 

We will send you an email very soon with solutions on how you can collect your glasses.

 

 

My order placed in the store is being prepared, can I change my delivery address?

 

 

If you recently ordered glasses from your Jimmy Fairly store, your order is now being prepared in our workshop in France. We are here for you and you will receive your glasses quickly.

 

Do not worry, watch your mailbox we will send you a message very soon with solutions on how you can receive your glasses.

 

 

Do you continue to process orders online?

 

 

All your online orders continue to be processed in a secure environment. Our workshop continues its activities according to the strictest hygiene standards.

 

Given the exceptional situation, delivery times may however be longer. The return and warranty periods for your orders are extended by 30 days.
