WE DESIGN, ASSEMBLE, CHECK AND SELL OUT OUR COLLECTIONS ALL BY OURSELVES. THIS SHORT CIRCUIT ALLOWS US TO INVEST IN THE OUTSTANDING QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND BE INVOLVED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.
1. DESIGN.
All of our glasses are designed
in our creative studio in Paris.
3. ASSEMBLY IN OUR
WORKSHOP IN
GOUSSAINVILLE.
Frame tracing:
We take the measurements of your frame to
obtain a digital shape, which will allow us
to make the cut.
Centering:
We then center the lens according to the
customer's measurements and choice of
frame, and check the strength of the lenses.
Glass cutting:
Then the glass is cut according to the frame
and the customer’s measurements.
Mounting of lenses:
Finally, we mount the lens in the frame.
2. MANUFACTURING.
We have two manufacturing circuits in Asia and in
Oyonnax, France. We carefully select workshops
that share our vision and requirements.
Our lenses
We have developed our own corrective lenses
directly with a subsidiary of one of the world's
largest glassmakers. We have developed them
to such a high standard that in all of the tests
carried out (laboratory and blind tests), our lenses
have come out on top, ranking better than those
from the three biggest glassmakers in the world.
Our frames & components
Every detail counts. For our frames, we select
only top-of-the-range materials and components:
Mazucchelli (Italy), Jinyu et Jimei (China) for
our acetates, and OBE (Germany) for our hinges.
We develop all of our new collections with responsible
materials, such as ecological acetate, a vegetable and
biodegradable material.
4. QUALITY CONTROLE.
Each frame benefits from manual quality control
in our workshop in Goussainville. We check the
power of the lenses, their centering and the dressing
(symmetry and closing of the arms, symmetry
of the plates, etc.).
We have also decided to strengthen our
logistic capacities in the Paris region to speed up your
delivery times.
5. FROM OUR
WORKSHOP TO A
STORE.
The frame then arrives the next day in our stores.
No middleman, only our trained and certified
specialists and opticians who welcome you with
their best smile.
6. THE EXTRA MILE.
