Jimmy Fairly was born out of a desire to change the optical sector.
Creating an inspiring eyewear brand with fair prices and both a social and sustainable positive impact was Antonin Chartier’s mission when he created Jimmy Fairly.
In November 2010 at the age of 23 after studying sports and psychology for a few years, he decided to become an entrepreneur.
He presented his concept at a start-up competition in Toulouse, alongside around thirty other participants. There he met Sacha Bostoni, with whom he became a partner in less than twenty-four hours, and Jimmy Fairly was born.
Antonin and Sacha managed to find an investor who enabled them to start up their business, firstly online.
In 2011, Jimmy Fairly opened its first shop in, rue Vieille-du-Temple in Paris.
Fast-forward to today, where Jimmy Fairly has celebrated opening over 100 stores and having donated one million pairs as part of our Buy One Give One responsibility commitment.
